Does trustee scholarship follows the major/school?

I read from the post, that the trustee scholarship is given from each school and each school gives different count depending on school size. Let's say if a student gets the scholarship from USC school of Dornsife, then second year he decides to transfer to USC Marshall school of business, will this student still have his scholarship? Thanks.
